1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PeekaPaw, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Age Requirements
PeekaPaw is designed for users aged 4 and above. Children under the age of 13 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent to use the Service, and their use must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for managing accounts for children under 13 and for all activities that occur under such accounts.
Users between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) should have parental awareness of their use of the Service.
3. User Account
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

4. User Content and Photos
Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload to PeekaPaw. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Content Restrictions
You agree not to upload content that:
- Violates any laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains harmful, threatening, or abusive material
- Contains nudity or sexually explicit material
- Depicts animal cruelty or abuse
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Violates the privacy of others
Photo Requirements
Photos uploaded to PeekaPaw must be:
- Owned by you or used with permission
- Appropriate for all audiences
- Relevant to the intended purpose (personal or pet photos)
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use PeekaPaw only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate others
- Engage in any automated use of the system
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-uploaded content), features, and functionality are owned by PeekaPaw and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information and uploaded photos in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL PEEKAPAW, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeekaPaw and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Apple-Specific Terms
The following terms apply to your use of PeekaPaw on iOS devices:
- These Terms are between you and PeekaPaw, not Apple Inc.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country
- Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
13. In-App Purchases
If PeekaPaw offers in-app purchases, all purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. We do not store your payment information.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
